PPHS is qualified through the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Developmental Programs to provide residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities under 55 PA Code Chapter 6100 Regulations. Our homes are licensed by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Human Services Licensing.
